Some browsers are not automatically downloading/executing the file when the link is clicked. Keep an eye on the upper-right corner of your browser for a download symbol or exclamation point notifying you that the download has been temporarily blocked. You can override the block to “keep” the download. You can also try clicking the link with your right mouse button and choosing “Save link as…” from the popup menu. After saving the executable file, you should be able to run it. You can also try saving this zipped file to your computer (right click and select “Save link as…”), and then open/run the executable file enclosed.
When you install OOM using the OOMInstall.exe link above, the program, the software manual, and example data files used in the Observation Oriented Modeling book and software manual will all be copied to your computer. Using the default settings, the files will install in the “C:/Program Files(x86)/OOM” subdirectory in most versions of Windows.

If you have an older version of OOM, this install should uninstall it before updating. If not, uninstall the old version and then install this new version.
